Luke 15:4-6

What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness and go after that which is lost until he find it.

And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing.

And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbors, saying unto them, rejoice with me, for I have found my sheep which was lost.

Always searching,

Pursuing,

Looking,

Wooing,

Loving,

Receiving,

Rescuing,

Wanting to forgive

The sinner,

The saint,

The broken,

The wounded,

The lonely,

The empty,

The arrogant,

The angry,

The cynic,

The intellectual,

The wealthy,

The pauper,

The rebellious,

And the atheist.

Our Savior Jesus,

The Redeemer of all

Is always searching for lost sheep

And when found heaven resounds

With the glorious announcement

From Jesus Christ, the shepherd himself,

“Rejoice with me, for I have

Found my sheep which was lost.”
