Psalms 119:105 (KJV)

Thy word is a lamp unto my feet, and a light unto my path.

The Golden dipped, divinely wrought, glory filled, blood bought, Christ given,

Word revealed, blessed path of victorious righteousness

Is oftentimes not multitudinously surrounded

By the praise of men, applause and ease.

For was not the path of the cross for our most blessed and precious Savior

In the midst of mocking scorn and suffering?

And so if need be, children of the light,

If by choosing our Savior’s blood bought victorious path of righteousness,

We receive scorn, contempt, and humiliation,

Is this not a heavenly confirmation

That we are on the golden dipped, divinely wrought, glory filled, blood bought,

Christ given, Word revealed, blessed path of victorious righteousness?

For earthly condemnation turns into heavenly celebration

When a child of the King refuses to place their feet

Anywhere but on that golden dipped, divinely wrought,

Glory filled, blood bought, Christ given, Word revealed

Blessed path of victorious righteousness.

Oh earthly feet of clay

May our highest jubilation as sons and daughters of the King of Kings be

To always listen, study, pray, obey, and refuse any other way

But the golden dipped divinely wrought, blood bought, glory filled,

Christ given, Word revealed, blessed path of victorious righteousness!
